Frequently Asked Questions
Power of Attorney (POA). It needs to be signed with a notary in your country. It is a legalization of signature that you need. In addition, it is essential that a copy of your passport is attached to the power of attorney and that it is apostilled.
Document that proves why you are applying for the NIE. In case you are going to buy a property we will need the reservation contract or the “arras” contract. If you need the NIE because you have a job offer, we will need a copy of the employment contract.

The POA (Power of Attorney) is a document where the client gives us permission to apply on his behalf, his foreign identity document, personally at the immigration offices. It authorizes our staff members to act on your behalf just to carry out this procedure.
Depending on how long it takes to process the POA with the notary and send it to our offices, and obtaining the appointment with the immigration office, the process usually takes about 3 weeks.
The process usually takes between 10 days and a week from the moment we receive your POA in our office. The faster you ship the documents the faster we will proceed. The priority service of our page includes the obtention of the appointment at the foreigners office, in a time record.
Please note that our fees are 300 euros ex VAT. Once we receive your order, our team we will get in contact with you to open a file and send you the invoice.
