Gimbrere Legal heeft al vele buitenlandse cliënten geholpen bij het verkrijgen van hun NIE nummer. Op deze pagina bieden wij u de bijbehorende formulieren waarmee u uw gegevens kunt uploaden.

Zodra wij de gegevens hebben verwerkt, ontvangt u van ons een e-mail met de speciaal voor uw geval opgestelde volmacht, die u bij een notariskantoor in uw land moet waarmerken en naar ons kantoor moet sturen zodat wij namens u de NIE of NIF kunnen aanvragen.

Waarom en waarvoor is een NIE nummer nodig?

Voor buitenlanders in Spanje dient het NIE nummer als fiscaal identificatienummer. Het is gebruikelijker dan in enig ander Europees land en is vereist voor elke officiële handeling.

Een NIE nummer is nodig voor een verscheidenheid aan handelingen, van grote beslissingen zoals het kopen van onroerend goed tot kleinschaligere zaken zoals het kopen van een mobiele telefoon.

As a non resident of Spain I discovered that it is virtually impossible to solve minor Bank issues. After appr over 30 emails I send to Banco Sabadell to close a bankaccount after the death of my wife I gave up. After a while I was chased by the Banks debt collectors (€ 24 debt!). What I could not accomplish in 5 months Georgina managed to accomplish in less than 5 days. Communication in English, Dutch and Spanish (probably Italian as well) was clear and fast. Emails were responded promptly. All in all a very good and professional approach. I can strongly recommend the Gimbrere law firm. A job well done by Georgina.
